Introducing… the New and Improved Babysitting 101!

Our original training program for kids — Babysitting 101 — just got better!

Smart Kids 101 Babysitting 101 Video Training

We’re very excited to announce that we’ve been working on an all-new Babysitting 101 program!

The New Babysitting 101!

Now you can get all your favorite topics that aspiring babysitters must know to take great care of children, PLUS several new topics perfect for the new generation of babysitters, including:

  • The Business of Babysitting
  • Babysitters, Social Media, & Cell Phone Use
  • How to Entertain and Take Care of Kids of All Ages
  • First Aid & What to Do in an Emergency
  • Common Problems Babysitters Face & their Solutions

If you like our blog posts on babysitting topics, you’ll love the new program!

The new video is approximately 90 minutes long. Students in live-based classes each receive an all-new, beautifully-designed Student Workbook to fill out and take home with them, and individuals who take the online e-Course receive a downloadable, printable PDF of the same workbook to begin learning right away at home! Leaders of our program receive a comprehensive guide to teaching the course in the form of an electronic Leader Manual. Click here to find out more information on Babysitting 101!

Do you have a babysitter story to share? Maybe about a sitter you hired or a story from when you were a sitter? Please share in the comments! We love hearing your stories — good and bad! 🙂

What a great resource! Outside of our extended family, we had one great babysitter, but sadly, she’s married now and moved to another state. 🙁 It’s not easy for us to find the right sitters because one of our children has special needs, and we want someone who knows how to handle issues related to that.

I’m so sorry your favorite sitter moved away! We have a supplemental training video in the works related specifically to babysitting kids with special needs, so I’m glad to hear you say that special training is something you’re looking for. We want to help families like yours, too! 🙂 If you have any ideas or things you wish babysitters knew, feel free to email me at aubrey (at) smartkids 101 (dot) com. And thanks for stopping by again!
